What we store

Your account (email, name, avatar from Google) and the acoustic fingerprints of your seed tracks. We do NOT store audio: every upload is reduced to a vector and deleted immediately (embed-and-delete).

Why

To match new releases to your signature sound and email you a radar. Legal basis: performance of our service to you (and consent for the digest email).

Processors

Neon (database, UK — under the UK/EU adequacy decision), AWS (compute, EU/Ireland), Combell (email, EU/Belgium), Stripe (billing, US — under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses), and Google (sign-in, US — DPF/SCCs). We keep a current list and processing agreements with each.

Retention

We keep your account and seed fingerprints while your account is active. Delete your account anytime from Account settings to erase them. A submitter's contact email is kept only as long as needed to review that submission.

Your rights

Access, export, correct, or delete your data at any time — data export and one-click account deletion are built into Account settings. Unsubscribe from the digest with one click in any email.
